Ordering system for restaurants and cafés
Your guests order.
Your kitchen cooks.
Nothing in between.
QR ordering at the table, a self-order kiosk, and a kitchen display, from one free account. Sign in, add your menu, print the QR codes. Your first order in ten minutes.
Free for up to 2 locations and 20 menu items. No card, no time limit.
Example kitchen ticket: table 12, two guests ordering from their phones. Two Margherita with extra basil, one pasta al limone without parmesan, one burrata, three sparkling waters. The kitchen display accepted the order seven seconds after it was placed.
How it works
Three steps. Ten minutes. No card.
-
Sign in
Continue with Google, Microsoft or Apple. Your account gets its own database and a first location within a minute.
-
Add your menu
Name your place and type in what you serve. Twenty items is plenty for a first evening; photos and translations can come later.
-
Print the QR codes
One card per table, a tablet on the counter, a screen next to the pass. Guests scan, order, and the kitchen sees it live.
Room by room
One system, in every place a guest can order
Each channel is a web page. Nothing to install for guests, one browser tab for staff.
-
At the table
QR ordering from the phone
- Scan, order, done. No app, no account for guests.
- One table, many phones: everyone adds to the same order.
- Call the waiter, order more, pay at the table.
- Menu in the guest's language, eleven to choose from.
-
At the counter
Self-order kiosk
- Any tablet or touch screen in a browser.
- Reach mode and phone remote for accessibility.
- Pay first: the order is placed with the payment.
-
At the pass
Kitchen display and pickup screen
- Orders arrive live, routed to the right station.
- Pickup screen calls the number, never the name.
- Pre-orders show the arrival time.
-
On the floor
Waiter app
- Table overview with live status colours.
- Quick entry, modifiers, split checkout.
- Installs on any phone as a web app.
-
Outside
Hosted menu
- Your menu as a website on your own domain.
- Nine design presets, live preview, publish with one click.
- Point the camera at the printed menu and order in AR.
Built the careful way
Rules we do not bend
- The server computes, the screen displays.
- Every price, discount, tax rate and receipt is calculated on the server. A phone can show a total, it can never set one.
- Your data lives in your own database.
- Each account gets a separate database, not a column in a shared one. Export it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
- Configuration is data, never code.
- Menus, themes and rules are documents. Nothing on a kiosk evaluates code, and the kiosk runs under a strict content security policy.
- A kiosk never logs itself out.
- Network trouble means waiting and retrying, not a blank screen at dinner time. Only a revoked key sends a device back to setup.
- Accessible by design.
- Reach mode brings controls within seated reach. A guest can pair their own phone and order with their own screen reader.
- Guests install nothing.
- Every guest surface is a web page over TLS. Cameras, wake lock and home-screen install work because of that, not despite it.
